The Rattlesnake Red is our version of a Northern Italian blend. The flavors remind us of cinnamon, cedar and bright red huckleberries. Cabernet Sauvignon 41%, Sangiovese 31%, Zinfandel 28%.
We use only our own estate grown fruit in every bottle. This 2003 Port is a blend of our Cabernet (85%) and Syrah (15%). Flavors of dark chocolate-covered black cherries.
